(1) E. Panama from Bocas del Toro to nw. Colombia (n. Choco and n. Antioquia around the Gulf of Uraba). (2) Bastimentos Is. and Escudo de Veraguas Is. off n. Panama.
(3) N. Colombia in Sinu Valley and lower Cauca Valley.
(4) W. and n. Colombia w. of w. Andes s. to sw. Cauca and on the e. side of the upper Cauca Valley.
