(1) Ne. Mexico (e. Nuevo Leon, c. Tamaulipas).
(2) E. Mexico (e. San Luis Potosi along the Gulf-Caribbean slope to Yucatan Peninsula, and Cancun Is.).
(3) S. Mexico (Pacific slope of Chiapas), El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and ne. Costa Rica.
(4) Se. Mexico and Guatemala.
