Fragmented distribution;
(1) Himalayas of n. India, Nepal to sw. China (w. Yunnan).
(2) S. China, Burma, n. Thailand and n. Indochina.
(3) S. Indochina (Cambodia, n. and s. Laos, and Vietnam).
(4) Mountains of Malaya in se. peninsular Thailand.
(5) Sumatra, Java, Bali, Lesser Sundas (Lombok, Sumbawa and Timor Is.).
