Fragmented distribution;
(1) Ne. Pakistan (Punjab), ne. India (Punjab e. to Arunachal Pradesh, Orissa, and West Bengal), Nepal, Bhutan, and s. China (Yunnan, Kwangsi, and s. Kweichow), Burma, Malay Peninsula, c. Thailand, and Indochina.
(2) N. Borneo, Java and Bali.
(3) Philippines (Luzon and Mindanao).
