(2) Se. Zaire and n. Zambia.
(3) Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, sw. Kenya, and Tanzania.
(4) Coastal Kenya to Mozambique.
(5) S. Angola, Namibia, n. Botswana, and sw. Zambia.
(6) Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and ne. South Africa (Transvaal, Natal).
