(1) Wc. United States from se. Idaho to ne. Nevada, s. Wyoming, c. Colorado and w. Oklahoma s. to c. and se. Arizona and s. New Mexico and ex. w. Texas to nw. Mexico (ex. ne. Sonora).
(2) Se. Oregon e. of the Cascades, e. California (Inyo County) and w. Nevada.
