(1) Senegambia, s. Mauritania, s. Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ivory coast, Ghana, Benin, Nigeria, s. Niger, s. Chad, s. Sudan and Ethiopia.
(2) S. Cameroon and the Central African Republic to e. Zaire.
(3) Highlands of c. Ethiopia.
(4) S. Eritrea to ex. se. Sudan, Somalia and n. Kenya.
(5) Sw. Kenya and n. Tanzania to Rwanda, Burundi, and e. Zaire.
(6) Se. Zaire to Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi and n. Mozambique.
(7) S. Angola, Namibia, ex. Sw. Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and c. Mozambique to South Africa (n. Cape Province).
(8) E. South Africa (Orange Free State, Transvaal, Natal and Swaziland) and ex. s. Mozambique.
