(1) Ec. and s. Africa s. of the equatorial rain forests.
(2) E. Africa s. to Zimbabwe and ne. South Africa (n. Natal).
(3) W. Africa from Senegambia e. through s. Mali, s. Niger, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, s. Sudan, Ethiopia and Somalia.
(4) Namibia.
