Greater and Lesser Sundas;
Fragmented distribution;
Indonesia from Sumatra (?), Java, Bali, s. and e. Borneo (recent records), Sulawesi (Salayar, Muna, Butung, Banggai Is.), Sula Is. and the Lesser Sundas (Sumba, Flores, Wetar and Timor) and Christmas Is.
