Range

C. to se. South America;
E. Bolivia (Santa Cruz, Beni Biosphere Reserve, Llanos de Mojos), w. Paraguay (Reserva Privada Sombrero), s. Brazil (s. from w. and c. Bahia (Chapada Diamantina, Lencois, Correntina, Curaca), Mato Grosso, Goias, Emos National Park, Brasilia National Park and Rio Grande do Sul) to n. Argentina (s. to Mendoza and Rio Negro). Probably occurs in Uruguay.
