(1) Sw. United States (s. Arizona and s. Texas) through Mexico (Sonora, Jalisco, Hidalgo, Tamaulipas) to nw. Costa Rica (Gulf of Nicoya region).
(2) Sw. Costa Rica, Panama, n. Colombia and w. Ecuador.
(3) E. Colombia, e. Ecuador and e. Peru e. to Venezuela, Trinidad, Tobago, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and s. through Amazonian Brazil to n. Maranhao.
(4) S. Brazil (Piaui and Bahia (Chapada Diamantina) to Rio de Janeiro and the Mato Grosso) and e. Bolivia s. to Paraguay and nc. Argentina (Tucuman, e. Chaco).
