Range

Ec. Asia;
C. to se. Asia from sw. Siberia (Altai, Tuva and s. Transbaicalia) and Mongolia e. to n. China (Inner Mongolia, Hopeh, Heilungkiang/Manchuria) s. to c. China (e. Tsinghai and se. Kansu) and se. Tibet.
Winters in n. India (Kashmir) to Sikkim, e. China (mostly n. of Yangtze River, but occasionally s. to Guangdong), Korea with stragglers to Japan.
