(1) N. Mexico (both slopes from s. Sonora, San Luis Potosi and Tamaulipas and Yucatan) s. to Honduras.
(2) Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, Ecuador, Peru and c. Brazil.
(3) E. Bolivia, e. Brazil (Bahia, Chapada Diamantina) s. to Sao Paulo, Paraguay and n. Argentina.
