Three populations;
(1) Colombia (El Dieciocho, Cali) and e. Ecuador (Sacha Lodge) of nw. upper Amazonia.
(2) E. Peru of w. upper Amazonia.
(3) Ne. and e. Bolivia and w. Brazil (Vila Bela de Santissima Trindade, Mato Grosso).
(4) E. Brazil (c. and e. Bahia, Chapada Diamantina).
(5) Se. Brazil.
