N. Central America to nw. South America;
(1) Ne. and nw. Mexico (Sinaloa and Tamaulipas s. along both slopes including Cozumel Is.) and Belize (Blue Hole National Park) to Honduras and Nicaragua.
(2) S. Honduras, Costa Rica (La Selva Biological Station, Arenal Volcano, Lake Arenal) to Panama and nw. Colombia.
(3) N. Colombia to e. Venezuela and Ecuador.
