(1) N. Pacific Ocean from e. Siberia on the Kamchatka Peninsula n. to the Bering Sea islands (Diomede Is., St. Lawrence Is., St. Matthew Is., Hall Is. and Bogoslof Is.) and w. Alaska from Cape Lisburne and Cape Thompson to Norton Sound, Cape Newenham and Cape Peirce.
Winters s. to the w. United States (California).
