Range
C. Central America s. to ex. nw. South America;
Two populations;
(1) Se. Mexico (s. Tamaulipas, e. San Luis Potosi, Veracruz, Mexico, Puebla and n. Oaxaca) s. on Gulf-Caribbean slope to Nicaragua and both slopes of Costa Rica.
(2) W. Panama (Bocas del Toro) to w. Colombia (Cauca Valley, Pacific slope of the Andes s. to Valle).
