Ce. South America;
(1) Ne. Brazil (Piaui, Pernambuco, and Bahia, Chapada Diamantina).
(2) E. Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul and w. to Mato Grosso), e. Bolivia (Beni, Santa Cruz, Tarija), Paraguay and c. Argentina s. to La Pampa, n. Buenos Aires and rarely Rio Negro.
