(1) Nicaragua, sw. Costa Rica, Panama and w. of the Andes in Colombia, nw. Venezuela and w. Ecuador.
(2) E. of the Andes in Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad, Tobago, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, Brazil (Bahia, Chapada Diamantina), e. Ecuador, e. and se. Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, n. Argentina and n. Uruguay.
