(1) Ne. Pakistan, n. and e. India, Bhutan and Bangladesh.
(2) Ne. India, s. China, Burma, Thailand, s. Indochina, Hainan Is., Malaysia, Sumatra and the Riau Archipelago.
(3) Sw. Philippines (Palawan and probably Calamian Group).
(4) W. and nw. Borneo (Sarawak, Brunei, Sabah) including Labuan Is., Balambangan Is., Banggi (Banguey) Is. and s. Sulu Is.
(5) Java and Bali.
(6) Wallacea in the Moluccas (Seram Laut Is.), Lesser Sundas (Lombok, Sumbawa, Wetar(?), Tanahjampea, Salayar and Timor Is.) and Tanimbar Is. W. Papuan Is. (Waigeo and Batanta), New Guinea, Aru Is., Bismarck Archipelago (New Britain) and coastal ne. Australia from the Northern Territory (Top End, Middle Arm in the Darwing area, Melville Is. and Port Keats) e. to n. and ce. Queensland from Cape York Peninsula (Iron Range National Park) s. through the Atherton Tablelands (Kingfisher Park) to Fraser Is. D'Entrecasteaux Archipelago. Louisiade Archipelago (Tagula Is.).
