Highly fragmented distribution;
(1) E. Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.
(2) E. of the Andes from se. Colombia, w. and nw. Venezuela to e. Ecuador to ex. n. and ne. Peru, ex. nw. and w. Brazil.
(3) E. Peru and wc. Bolivia.
